about circle of friends

Circle of Friends began as an idea in early 2003. After being introduced to scrapbooking after the birth of my first son in 2000, I quickly took up the craft with much enthusiasm. Working with a party plan system, I soon became frustrated with the lack of variety and choices available.

It wasn't until I visited a "real" scrapbooking store that I realised what I had to do. I wanted to create the kind of store that I wanted to shop in, right here in Shepparton. So with something big in mind, I set about joining the Crafter's Home group, which provided me with the training and the resources that I was going to need to create one of Victoria's largest scrapbooking stores.

And so Circle of Friends opened it's doors in November 2003. Since this time I have truly met the most wonderful people as customers and staff, and now have a new and ever growing circle of friends.

Here at Circle of Friends, we are passionate about preserving memories and enjoying a craft that is so much more than a hobby. We find that more and more people are taking up scrapbooking because they too have a love of their families and the special photos that record their unique history.
